Short answer: Sparks is just like 1-1 therapy with Hagit … but in a group setting.
The biggest difference between Sparks and 1-1 therapy is the incredible healing power of our sacred women’s circle. So often, it’s another woman’s shared experience that provides the insight you need to heal your own traumas. Or, at least, to understand that they exist.
In both therapy and Sparks, we explore the holistic connection between your mind, body, and spirit.
By giving a voice to your feelings, sensations, and thoughts, you can remove whatever is holding you back in life (e.g., extreme beliefs, emotions, sensations, urges, etc.).
As clarity is gained and your true Self becomes more accessible, you may begin looking at the world around you from a more centered, confident, and compassionate place.
Additionally, both settings draw inspiration from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which has nothing to do with a “family” and everything to do with your own parts.
Whichever path you choose, the goal is the same: heal your parts to find your whole.
