Whether you’re new to therapy or looking to deepen your experience, my approach is gentle, guiding, compassionate, and exploratory.
By going at your own pace, we can dig deeper into what’s important to you. This “client-led” approach helps inspire your curiosity and allows us to dig deeper into your thoughts and feelings.
I offer sessions for individuals and for couples. Some seek guidance for only a few sessions, while others prefer a more structured framework with meetings on an ongoing basis.
All of us have Sparks of Light.
These ancient flames are just waiting to be liberated from the shells we developed for protection. Once free, our sparks can guide us through a life of joy, love, truth, and fulfillment.

A mindfulness practice is incredibly beneficial in work, relationships, an everything you do in life. In fact, during my 1-1 therapy sessions, I have found that people who have at least some background in mindfulness, have a much easier time going through the therapy process
By starting on that solid ground, you become more self-aware and start to exist more in the present moment.
